Unpack the .rar with 7-Zip or WinRAR into its own folder.

Open the extracted folder and run the game’s .exe — there is no installer.

Is Pokémon Void the same as PokéVoid?

No. Pokémon Void is RFG’s standalone story RPG. “PokéVoid” is an unrelated PokéRogue roguelike mod. This page is only about RFG’s Pokémon Void.
